🍕 Pizza & Politics: A Slice of Insight with Steamboat Leaders 🍕

Join us for a free lunch and an important conversation!
Altitude REALTORS invites you to an exclusive Pizza & Politics event featuring Steamboat Springs City Manager Tom Leeson and City Council Member Joella West.

We’ll dive into the proposed Vacancy Tax ballot initiative that would impose an additional $3,100 annual tax on homes occupied fewer than 183 days per year. This change could affect 1,200 to 3,200 properties—and we want you to be informed and part of the conversation.

This is your chance to hear directly from the people shaping policy in our community—and to ask your questions.

🍕 What to Expect:

  • A free pizza (and salad!) lunch – provided by the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Issues Mobilization Committee
  • An open Q&A with Tom and Joella
  • A relaxed, informative atmosphere for members and affiliates to learn and engage
