With over 26 years of real estate investment experience in Denver and Summit County, coupled with 28 years as a professional architectural designer, I bring a unique blend of market expertise and design insight to my clients. Holding a Master’s degree in Architecture, I understand not only the structural aspects of a home but also its potential to meet my clients' specific needs and goals.
Since moving to Denver in 1993, I have personally invested in real estate and completed over 90 transactions, with a total transaction volume exceeding $55 million. My experience spans a diverse range of properties, from urban condos to mountain retreats, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the local market and the best areas to meet your lifestyle and investment objectives.
Outside of work, I am an outdoor enthusiast who fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle through activities such as hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, skiing, and snowboarding. My wife, who is also an architect, and I, along with our son, have loved making Denver our home.
