I have been in Real Estate for more than 10 years serving both Sellers and Buyers helping them achieve their dreams of owning a home in the mountains. Started in Real Estate as an Investor buying distressed properties, fixing them up and renting them out. When looking to make a career change out of Management and IT Consulting, my friends encouraged me to go into Real Estate as my face lit up whenever the conversation turned to my Real Estate experiences.
It was great advice! I absolutely love helping my clients achieve their dreams of mountain home ownership and seeing the joy on their face at the closing table. My experiences and skills learned in Consulting have transferred over to Real Estate seamlessly resulting in many happy clients. Currently am a Realtor with Equity Colorado Real Estate in Frisco, Colorado.
Over my career as a Real Estate Professional, I have diligently researched and studied important topics in Real Estate which form the basis of topics for my monthly newsletter called “High Country Highlights.” It is custom written based on public forums, classes and webinars I attend. When my clients ask questions, my belief is that someone else probably has the same question so why not write about it to help answer the question.
Originally from Chicago and moved to Colorado in 1998 and Summit County in 2004. I love living in Summit County and am an avid outdoors woman and enjoy being active: skiing, hiking, dancing, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing and road cycling. Participating in the many cultural activities offered throughout Summit County enrich my life.
