As a former Denver Bronco, University of Miami Hall of Famer and Colorado Luxury Home Specialist, Mark Cooper and his real estate expertise has successfully serviced and counseled high net worth clients, developers and builders with their real estate projects and portfolios for almost three decades. From first time home buyers to Luxury real estate Mark has done it all. In Florida and Colorado, Mark has been involved in the acquisition, financing, design and marketing of scores of residential communities, luxury estates, land projects, homes, condos and townhomes in all price ranges throughout his career.
Mr. Cooper has been involved in the real estate industry since 1988 while still playing football in the NFL, Mark worked with a publicly traded company in Industrial Park Development. Residentially, Mark’s management experience spans 3 decades in multiple positions within the real estate industry. Through the 90’s, Mark managed high volume real estate branches for Coldwell Banker with 55-75 agents, ranking second in the state of Colorado in Gross Commission Income, Closed Revenue Units, Buyer Controlled Sales, and fourth in Listings Sold during his tenure. His office ranked 65th Nationally out of 2740 offices producing $5.2M in GCI with over $200M in sales volume and 50th in the country with over 1250+ annually Closed Revenue Units.
Mark has an extensive background in sales and marketing, management, subdivision development, Builder representation and finance. Mark has consistently ranked in the top 20 in the NRT Colorado Company, out of over 1100 agents along the Front Range. His current personal real estate sales average 55 transactions per year for over $20M in sales volume.
