Description:
This 2-hour class meets the Fair Housing/Anti-Bias requirement for REALTORS® and Appraisers. Fair Housing must be completed once every three years. The current cycle for all REALTORS® and Appraisers is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.
Starting in 2025, REALTORS® are required to complete a Fair Housing (like the Code of Ethics class) on the same three-year cycle.
The deadline is not based on when you took it last, just once a cycle.

Future Cycle – (01.01.2028 – 12.31.2030)
