🍕 Pizza & Politics + Civic Connections: STR Session on Jan. 22 🍕
Join the City of Steamboat Springs for the first Civic Connections educational event, Understanding Short-Term Rentals , on Thursday, January 22 at the Combined Law Enforcement Facility (2027 Shield Dr.).
Co-sponsored by Altitude Realtors® as part of our Pizza & Politics program, this session begins with a free pizza lunch at 12:30 PM, followed by a fast-paced, highly informative presentation starting at 1:00 PM.
This workshop will provide a clear overview of STR regulations and processes, including the STR Code and Overlay Zone, licensing requirements, application types, operational standards, renewals, consequences for noncompliance, and a Q&A. Ideal for realtors and property managers, but open to STR license holders and the public. This session is educational only and not a forum for policy debate or individual case discussion.
