Description:

There’s plenty of noise in real estate right now. But when more than 2,000 real estate professionals tell you how they’re actually working, there’s some signal worth paying attention to.

Greg Robertson, co-founder of Giant Steps Advisors and co-creator of Cloud CMA, will share his take on what’s happening across the industry and unpack findings from the 2026 Survey of Best Practices for CMAs & Listing Presentations, conducted by Giant Steps Advisors in collaboration with Lone Wolf Technologies.

The survey revealed some significant shifts in how agents approach CMAs, including one key finding that jumped 22 percentage points from the previous survey. Greg will dig into what changed, what agents are telling us about comps, pricing, listing presentations, and AI, and what those shifts could mean for the future of the CMA.

A data-backed look at what’s changing, what matters, and what might be noise.
