This class, offered with Summit County Housing and GIS, introduces key tools and programs that support property owners, planners, and the community. Attendees will learn how to use the GIS PRISM Query Tool, understand deed restrictions, and get an overview of the Affordable Housing Impact Fee. The session also highlights resources like free ADU stock plans, the County’s ADU Grant Program, and the Housing Helps initiative—equipping participants with practical knowledge to navigate local housing regulations and opportunities.
