Class Description:

Can I do this? Is there a law that regulates this? Why would I want a robot to talk to my client? Over the last several years, I’ve been answering a lot of legal questions about the use of artificial intelligence in the practice of real estate. I developed this course to focus specifically on the implications of state and federal law and to provide clarity on scenarios in which the improper use of AI can harm real estate professionals and their clients. Through analysis of case studies and ongoing litigation, the course examines potential unintended consequences associated with AI use, including the disclosure of confidential information, copyright infringement, false and misleading advertising, and libel.
