Erin Crowley is the Division Manager for Colorado / Wyoming with Asset Preservation, Inc. She is an expert in IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges with a strong background in the real estate industry spanning over 25 years. Her background includes development, appraisal, brokerage, title and real estate technology sales. Erin has been involved in commercial and residential real estate in Vail, Denver, Boston and Wyoming. Ms. Crowley has extensive experience working with real estate investors and industry professionals. Her exchange presentations are very lively, practical, informative and feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies. She has earned numerous awards for achievement in sales and customer service. Erin is committed to quality customer care, as well as providing the most current information available with regard to §1031 and the exchange process. Ms. Crowley graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
